Insurance
Your insurance may pay for a portion of the counseling fee (minus
copay or deductible) I will be happy to verify the coverage and file the claims for you. Since I am on many
networks, this can reduce your out of pocket expense.
Self Pay
Some clients prefer not to contact their insurance company. It may be that the services they need are not "medically necessary" or
more privacy is wanted. My usual fee is $100 per session.
Employee Assistance
Program Benefits
Your employer may contract with an EAP to provide a limited number of
meetings with selected counselors (at no cost to you). Quite
likely, I am one of these counselors available to you. Check
with your HR Department for the EAP's phone number.
